• With Teachers: Teachers can see performance data for their own students in their classes
• With Parents: Parents can access their own child's quiz results and progress reports
• Service Providers: Trusted partners like Supabase (database hosting) who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal Compliance: When required by Kenyan law, court orders, or to protect rights and safety
• School Administrators: With consent, school administrators can view aggregate class performance data

All data shared is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Kenya Data Protection Act Compliance

Quiz Master Kenya complies with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya. We:

• Active Accounts: All data associated with your account is retained for as long as your account exists
• Quiz History and Performance: Student quiz attempts, scores, performance data, and educational records are retained indefinitely for account purposes, historical tracking, and educational analytics
• Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, some data may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes
• Backups: Data persists in system backups and may not be immediately deleted even after account closure
• Aggregated Data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement
